Hi, I’m Mara, sound practitioner, spoken word poet and your hype woman for healing. I create immersive sound bath experiences that blend empowering spoken word, bold beats and sound healing to help people reconnect with themselves. From private sessions and group classes to retreats, workshops and corporate wellness events, I create custom experiences in Bend, Oregon and throughout Central Oregon.

These aren’t your average sound baths, and that's the whole point. We don't begin in stillness. We begin with movement. Bold beats. Breath. Handwritten mantras. A chance to shake off the noise before settling into the sound. 

From there, you'll melt into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other resonant instruments that invite deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Every gathering closes with an original poem, written specifically for the people in the room, leaving you with something meaningful to carry long after the last note fades. 

Because healing doesn't have to be quiet. Sometimes it starts by turning up the volume.
